Ilan is a global authority in national security and international defense operations, with decades of leadership experience protecting critical infrastructures, transportation systems, and high-value assets across the world. As a senior architect of aviation and critical asset protection programs, Ilan directed multi-billion operational environments and built strategic alliances with leading intelligence and security bodies.
Today, he brings the same operational mastery, precision, and protection standards to real estate investment as Strategic Advisor at HartmanX.
Yahav Hartman – Chief Strategy
A serial martech entrepreneur and global strategist, Yahav is the founder of Madgicx — the world’s largest Meta advertising partner with visibility into over $12 billion of Meta’s annual ad revenue.
Yahav owns 20+ properties personally managed by HartmanX, giving him deep operational insight and full alignment with the investment strategies offered to clients.
Stephanie Kerscher - Interior Designer & COO
Stephanie oversees the acquisition, design, execution, and ongoing management of HartmanX properties. As COO & Interior Designer, she coordinates every stage of the process, from sourcing and furnishing to contractor management, tenant relations, contracts, and day-to-day operations.
With a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail, Stephanie combines design expertise with operational leadership, ensuring each property is delivered, managed, and maintained to the highest standard.
